Swedish Cinnamon Bun Workshops

Come and spend a morning baking the Scandinavian way! From 10am–1.30pm, you’ll learn how to make traditional Swedish buns from scratch — kneading, rolling, filling and twisting your way to beautifully shaped, delicious buns.

Held at the beautiful Vallis Farm, the morning is relaxed, hands-on and, of course, filled with lots of Fika! £70 per person, including the full workshop, plenty of Fika, and a whole box of freshly baked buns to take home and enjoy. Come for the baking, stay for the Fika!
